Disclaimer

A plain summary of what Timzen is, and is not, responsible for.

Version 2026-09-27 · Effective September 27, 2026 · All legal documents

Timzen is a booking platform, not the business you book

Timzen connects customers with independent local service businesses and lets those businesses run their own calendar. Timzen is not a party to the appointment you make — the business you book with is solely responsible for the service it provides, its licensing, insurance, staff, pricing, and its own cancellation policy.

No warranty on booking accuracy, availability, or business conduct

We work to keep availability, pricing display, and booking confirmations accurate, but we don't guarantee that a listed time will always be honored, that a business will behave a particular way, or that Timzen itself will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reviews reflect individual customers' opinions, not Timzen's.

No payments, no financial advice, no medical advice

Timzen never processes payment for appointments and never asks for card details. Nothing on Timzen is financial, legal, or medical advice, and Timzen is not designed to hold protected health information (see the Business Terms).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Timzen is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or policies of any business listed on Timzen, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. For a customer with no paid relationship with Timzen, our total liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows, since Timzen charges customers nothing. For a business, liability is capped as described in the Business Terms. Nothing here removes a protection your home state's law gives you that cannot be waived by contract.

This disclaimer is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Business Terms.
